Local Celebrity

"Celebrity" is an umbrella term for anyone who is famous (or infamous) in the world. Local celebrities to be specific, are individuals with some level of renown--or Prestige, in the area they lived in. People can recognize them, or at least their name. They are found in larger settlements, but can just as easily be found in other areas where many people talk amongst themselves. These individuals can range from something like a noble, to something as infamous as a criminal. Their reasoning for joining a life of adventuring, can vary wildly.
