Duration: Concentration, up to 1 minute   You brandish the weapon used in the spell's casting and make a melee attack with it against a creature. On a hit, the creature takes the damage of the weapon and, if the creature is hostile to you, the creature drops gold pieces equal to the damage it took in the nearest unoccupied space of it. If the creature damaged does not possess gold pieces, you instead create that many gold pieces in the unoccupied space. You may choose to use your ability score modifier in place of the normal modifier the weapon would use. The weapon cannot steal any more gold pieces than the target creature has hit points. Once the weapon has stolen 20 gp, the spell ends.   You can repeat this attack as an action on subsequent turns for the duration of the spell, or until you lose concentration or cast this spell again.   At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 2nd level or higher, the weapon can steal an additional 20 gold pieces before the spell ends for each slot level above 1st.   Class(es): Merchant
