Waste Born

There are numerous threats within the Badlands, but perhaps the most frightening are those that stalk the cloudy skies, or burrow through the earth below. Fortunately for some Badlanders though, their horrid stench is enough to dissuade such threats from preying on them. These individuals are stained from the repugnant part of the Badlands known as, the Wastelands, which allows them to traverse the same lands walked by ferocious creatures like dragons. Their natural odor though foul to many of these threats, can serve as a means of comfort and safety to them. Though some may leave the Wastelands and still prefer not to bathe, there are those that do. Though no matter how hard they scrub and wash, the natural deterrent stays.
