Kovar I
Kovar I is the current ruler of the Kingdom of Throal. At the end of the Second Theran War, King Neden was killed without an hour. Tensions betweent he different noble houses grew considerably more strained and it was only through dedicated efforts to keep the peace that civil war was averted. Kovar was the compromise, a member of a minor noble house.
