Upandal's Tool Belt

The craftsmen of The Hammersing need somewhere to buy their tools and the Tool Belt sells tools and kits for nearly any artisan skill imaginable. The owner doesn't manufacture the tools, but instead purchases tools others have "found."
Items are bought at half price and sold at 150% of the purchased price. Adventurers can also hock their tools for 50 percent of their value and buy them back at normal cost if they need a short term loan.
Thieves' tools are not sold here.
