==Hy Brasil (Brazil)==
Hy Brasil was a powerful techno-barbarian state centered in the former territory of ancient Brazil on the continent of Sud Merica (South America). Hy Brasil was considered the most powerful of all the Sud Merican cantons. During the Unification Wars it was ruled by the despot Dalmoth Kyn, "one of the last tyrants to hold out against the Emperor's forces." Once he was defeated by the Imperial Army, rule of Hy Brasil passed to Lord Pherom Sichar, a direct descendant of Kyn. Through the direct intervention of Malcador the Sigillite, it was determined that Sichar would never have a seat on the Council of Terra that preceded the establishment of the Senatorum Imperialis as the rulers of a united Terra and the Imperium.
Hy Brasil was ruled from the Planalto, a massive hive city cluster or conurbation. Its government was based in the hive city of Sao Paol. The hives of the Planalto drew their power from a series of massive Plasma Reactors buried in the heart of the main conurbation, whose heat exchange processes meant that the reactor district is caked in thick sheet-ice all year round, forming a gigantic frost park 30 kilometres square. This area was known as the "Winter Fields" and was used for recreation by local inhabitants.
Although controlled by the Lord of Hy Brasil, the area (at least following the Unification) also possessed a bicameral parliament. The parliament was divided into upper and lower chambers and was located at the Parliament House on the edge of the Winter Fields in Sao Paol. The building was described as "a splendid structure built from filaments of silvered steel and pylons of a pale stone."
The military forces of Hy Brasil were known as "the Dracos" and were allowed to maintain their existence even after the establishment of the Imperial government. The Dracos were known to wear green scaled armour. Elements drawn from the Dracos may well have made up the regiment called the "Ouranti Draks," an Imperial Army regiment that campaigned with the Word Bearers Legion during the Great Crusade. They are described as "swarthy-skinned fighters exclusively recruited from the desiccated jungle regions of Sud Merica" and wore scaled cloaks and reptilian helmets.

==Olivyncaic Empire==
So, the Olivyncaic Empire is a joint reference to Bolivia and the Incas.
Around South America, Bolivia is sort of a meme nation because they lost a lot of territory to their neighbours through the centuries. The joke is that, when Bolivia starts to grow and conquer, Big-E comes around.
The Inca Empire, whose proper name was Tawantinsuyu, never conquered Bolivia, but in one of the few times Bolivia was on top it briefly subdued Peru in the Peru-Bolivia Confederation.
If you tear apart the name I gave it, you get:
(B) Oliv (ia)
yncaic, from incaic, an adjective for Inca things. The Y is also a discrete reference to the one in Tawantinsuyu
On Transplatina: it is to say it controls both sides of the former Rio de la Plata, aka Argentina and Uruguay. It is also a Roman reference since Rome had a province called Transalpine Gaul and the Argentinos swear up and down they are Europeans...
I don't have well developed ideas for other areas, but
As I said, Falklands are proudly British clay, so you could pick an aspect of British culture that hasn't been covered by Old Albion and shove it there. Also put it a long history of hostility with the Transplatinians
From the Crusader Kings 2 and 3 mods called After the End, I suggest you say Venezuela are domain of nomadic warriors divided into two groups: the ones with an over the top macho culture and the ones with an over the top tough woman culture - and they ride mutant hippos, since CK3 After the End is going to feature fighting hippos from Escobar's private zoo in tournaments.
Chile is mutant country - they talk weirdly (or so other Spanish speakers say) and made a copypasta for a America Cup that was hosted in their country boasting that they evolved to ignore every earthquake bellow 4, and only begin to care when it reaches a 6.
