A dirt road clings to the side of a mountain and ends before an arching bridge of mold-encrusted stone that spans a natural chasm. Gargoyles cloaked in black moss perch on the corners of the bridge, their frowns weatherworn. On the mountainous side of the bridge, a waterfall spills into a misty pool nearly a thousand feet below. The pool feeds a river that meanders into the fog-shrouded pines that blanket the valley.
The Tser Falls is a thousand-foot high waterfall that carries the River Ivlis between the highlands and lowlands of the
Dibril Valley.
Developments
After hearing a tale at the
Tser Pool Encampment of a wizard who was defeated by
Ravna and cast into the pool below the waterfall, the party searches the pool for any clues of the battle. Far below the water, the party finds a broken staff topped with amber.
Later, in the
Balinok Mountains, the party encounters the
Mad Mage who claims that it was he that was defeated by Ravna at the waterfall. He escaped with his life, but lost his spell book and staff in the battle.
