Dragonfly Pagoda

Situated near the heart of the Precipice Quarter, the Minkaian kami temple called the Dragonfly Pagoda is sure to be one of the highlights of the Radiant Festival—if its builders can ever get it finished. Only the first of the proposed seven-story wonder is actually nearing completion at the time of the Radiant Festival's opening.
