Full Boat Soup Kitchen

Established in the front of the long-abandoned Metro Catherdal, this charitable soup kitchen is set up by the Edgewatch agents (seemingly on a whim) to provide food, primarily seafood-centric soups, to the poor and needy people of the Puddles. They have enlisted the help of the goblins, Pelmo and Grunka, utilizing their knowledge of pickling and frying foods.
