Hellcats

Founded 2 years ago by a 14-year-old human named Jorne Webberton, the Hellcats have become one of the most notorious new gangs in the Puddles and the Foreign Quarter. Though adolescents and older children run the group’s operations, the Hellcats have a reputation for ferocity and cruelty, especially after Jorne personally took the lives of two Muckruckers. Despite it being an open secret that Haigen Topkick has it in for Jorne and his gang, members of the Hellcats proudly wear their gang’s orange-and-white bandanas.
