Jarkus is a tall man in his early thirties with his head shaved bald and a van dyke goatee. He speaks quickly and eloquently in a manner that pleasantly ingratiates himself to potential customers. He owns a small collapsible cart that stores his magical goods, last seen in the campus neighborhood near the College of Mysteries. The cart is monitored by a sneering nuglub gremlin for protection. He claims to sell "scrolls, charms, baubles, amulets, tokens, anything" and has demonstrated knowledge of several dangerous abjuration spells.
