Parva is an imposing man with forge-tanned skin and a thick mess of black beard.

Parva's smithy was rescued by the Edgewatch officers during the animal breakout of Knight'sMarvelousMenagerie. In thanks for stopping the rust monster that was rampaging through his shop and devouring his work, Parva offered a voucher to the officers to be exchanged for metal weapons and armor, which has been exhcanged in part for some new equipment for the cadets. Has a lanky son of about 15 years named Surva, who runs errands and deliveries for him.
