Cool as a cucumber, Ralso wears the mask of a perfectly cordial and hospitable maître d', acting additionally as Hendrid Pratchett's personal assistant. She aided him to safety after his encounter with the hooligan adventurers in the Tipsy Tengu and was met again by the Edgewatch agents within the Dreaming Palace. She shuttled them around in a tour (an investigation, by Exley's account) of the residences, only to lock most of them in the Shackles Room and hightail it away from the situation.
