Captain of the Foreign Quarter city guard, the Sleepless Suns. An accomplished martial artist and adventurer in the past, Melipdra remains very physically fit and spryfor his age. He is trained in a style of Vudrani martial arts known as Untwisting Iron and is himself a Jalmeri Heavenseeker.

Shristi personally recommended Abigail to Lt. Lavarsus in her transfer to Edgewatch. He has a twin sister in the Pathfinder Society that started a Lodge in his country of birth, Jalmeray, and he speaks fondly of her.
