Stilt House

The Stilt House is a city-owned building in the Puddles district of Absalom that serves as the headquarters of the district guard, the Muckruckers. It also serves as the headquarters of the Salvage Guild. Haigen Topkick, the Nomarch of the Puddles District Council and also captain of the Muckruckers and guildmaster of the Salvage Guild, can be usually found in the Stilt House.
