Unfortunately, a mad artificer tinkered with CHIAPET to also keep intruders out of his garden... By any means necessary. After he was imprisoned in connection for multiple murders, CHIAPET escaped by transforming into an insect and pretending to be a regular Garden Gnome and he’s looking for a way off the rock.
