Easterwall
A region classified by its fishing villages and naval expertise, the former natives of Fayfall made their way here upon the colonization of the Principality of Merriton and Mallowhurst, not willing to assimilate. As a result, much of the native culture and customs of the land are preserved here, and practiced actively. Wild magic is heralded for those lucky few able to wield it, with the local shamans tutoring those capable. Local customs dictate an honor-based law code, which leads to very little crime. Governmental organization is handled by village elders or shaman. People move very little in this region, and often are born and die in the same house. Legacy and reputation are core focuses for the families, with some famous dynasties able to trace their name through the ages. Most villages exemplify the “small town” stereotype, where social order is dictated similar to a caste system. As a result of the natural primary sector economy, this region’s sailors, hunters, fishers, farmers, and laborers are some of Fayfield’s best.
