Brisa

Brisa is a village of farmers and vintners, built in an arc around the famous Brisa Caldera.

The Brisa volcano, and the namesake of the village Brisa, is the source of burgeoning plant life for miles around. It’s the primary reason why Deisos is overtaken by gardens and jungles.

The wasteland

The east side of Brisa sidles against an expanse of white ash, petrified trees, and toxic ponds. The silvery wasteland was created when a side of the Brisa Caldera collapsed, spilling a blizzard of residue over what used to be a forest. 20 years later, the ash hangs around stubbornly, resisting any attempt to use or recover the blasted terrain. The elemental forces running the wasteland haven't been tracked down yet, but they sometimes make spiteful moves against Brisa.
Developments - Act III

The wasteland transforms over time in an unnatural way. The trees, though usually stubborn, twist and buckle with each passing year. The ponds become thick and glossy like quicksilver.
