Bullidas Cuspin

An agent of the Signeadown, and one of the few maihuenisignets--subtle druidic scouts--whose name is commonly known. His underlings make a name for him in Ornity while Cuspin himself stays hidden in the ruins of Gorytolos. He has to defend this landmark from diplomats, treasure hunters, and other trespassers, but he seems to enjoy the attention.
Developments - Act I

Being a unicorn, Cuspin can command incredible power with very little training. While other naturally powerful creatures often take on versatile roles and experiences during their time in Agrophon, Cuspin is wildly proud of his birthright and instead spends his days developing his miniature kingdom in Gorytolos, delegating most of his other tasks to Mox.
Cuspin enters battle with a whole phalanx of animate flying swords. They're a practical tool for someone who doesn't have hands, but they also embody his incredible boastfulness. Flying swords are emblematic of "solars," angels with unparalleled power; of course Cuspin loves to style himself like them.

Developments - Act II

Cuspin claimed to be the darling of the Signeadown, a delusion that only grew with his isolation. Thanks to his natural divine magic, he was born with the same power as a Signeadown agent, and he saw no reason to improve. The Signeadown seems to support his habits; they need to keep a low profile, and they like that he makes them seem like a joke.
