Chelys

The god of the Ribboned Sea and Pelages' rival. She's also the god of the Second Rotation, a phase of ancient combat where both armies peel away from each other and clash a second time. Her name was frequently invoked during these battles (or during the second course of lavish meals).
Chelys is also, less officially, the god of the west. She is more powerful, more observant, and more swift when looking to the west than to the east. This is because she's spent the last 200 years persuading Agrophon's marine population to migrate westward, toward the seaside towns of Kudo which suffered due to overfishing.
