Crescent Moon Pay Scale and Benefits

Within the Crescent Moon Company pay and benefits are, mostly, tied to your Grade Rank within the company which are listed below. Pay increases with every increase in Grade to the next Grade Rank. Each Grade Rank, once achieved, give bonus benefits.

1:

50,000 gp salary, 8 weeks of vacation, 4 weeks of sick days, full medical, full dental, major retirement, stock options, all meals, 1st pick on Treasure Trove Findings (TTF), major priority for research/lab time, control over Major Administration class internal magic structures, yearly bonus, 50% off purchases through the company (min cost of item), Mass Teleportation System (MTS) coverage, 1/5th pay while taking a religious pilgrimage limit 2, attunement to a Crescent Moon Ring  

10:

40,000 gp salary, 6 weeks of vacation, 4 weeks of sick days, full medical, full dental, Major retirement, stock options, all meals, 2nd pick on Treasure Trove Findings (TTF), greater priority for research/lab time, control over Minor Administration class internal magic structures, yearly bonus, 30% off purchases through the company (min cost of item), Mass Teleportation System (MTS) coverage, 1/6th pay while taking a religious pilgrimage limit 2.  

20:

30,000 gp salary, 4 weeks of vacation, 3 weeks of sick days, full medical, full dental, Minor retirement, stock options, all meals, 3rd pick on Treasure Trove Findings (TTF), minor priority for research/lab time, control over Lesser Administration class internal magic structures, yearly bonus, 25% off purchases through the company (min cost of item), Mass Teleportation System (MTS) coverage, 1/7th pay while taking a religious pilgrimage limit 2.  

30:

40:

50:

5,000 gp salary, 3 weeks of vacation, 2 weeks of sick days, 3/4th medical, 1/4th dental, Minor retirement, lunch meals, lesser priority for research/lab time, yearly bonus, 10% off purchases through the company (min cost of item), Half Mass Teleportation System (MTS) coverage, 1/10th pay while taking a religious pilgrimage limit 1.  

60:

2,000 gp salary, 2 weeks of vacation, 2 weeks of sick days, half medical, lunch meals, lesser priority for research/lab time, 10% off purchases through the company (min cost of item), 1/4th Mass Teleportation System (MTS) coverage, 1/15th pay while taking a religious pilgrimage limit 1.  

70:

1,000 gp salary, 2 weeks of vacation, 1 weeks of sick days, 1/4th medical, lunch meals, 5% off purchases through the company (min cost of item), 1/4th Mass Teleportation System (MTS) coverage, 1/20th pay while taking a religious pilgrimage limit 1.  

80:

500 gp salary, 1 week of vacation, 1 weeks of sick days, 1/8th medical, 5% off purchases through the company (min cost of item), 1/10th Mass Teleportation System (MTS) coverage  

90:

250 gp salary, 1 week of vacation, 1 weeks of sick days, 1/8th medical, 5% off purchases through the company (min cost of item)  

100:

100 gp salary, 1 week of vacation, 1 weeks of sick days, 5% off purchases through the company (min cost of item)  

-Additional Title Bonuses-

  Along with your grade you may be assigned additional titles/positions which come with more responsibilities and benefits. These bonuses stack with each other should one person hold more than one title/position.  

Project Manager:

Increase base rank pay by 10% or gain another 7 days which can be used as vacation or sick days.  

Field Team:

Hazard pays bonus of 10% of base pay and bump medical and dental up to their next tier. (1/8th to 1/4th to half, to 3/4th, to full.)  

Security Detachment:

Reimburse repair fees from damage done while on the job 10%. Bump medical and dental up to their next tier. (1/8th to 1/4th to half, to 3/4th, to full.)  

Medical:

Increase base rank pay by 10% or gain another 3 days which can be used as vacation or sick days.  

Specialist:

Increase base rank pay by 15% or gain another 3 days which can be used as vacation or sick days.
