Morfram “The Blood Storm” Aeon of Zemblanity

History

…Academically speaking Morfram is in some regard a fallen divine however, she has fallen so low as to become a Petra-class extraplanar entity losing the ability to grant divine magics at all. In no small part to much of her once celebratory race cheerfully blaspheming her as a culture once the truth came out. The bottom feeder, both in her diet and followers, is the conventionally weakest of the Aeon’s however her previous status as a Divine of the Merfolk allows her to sense great wants in other beings and offer succor in only the way a Deity would know how to do. This ability has provided her with a unique silver tongue in negotiations. Due to her connection with Mian and unlawful continued usage of vampire’s blood following Morfram is outlawed in all civilized nations as well as most beast tribes…   …which you will find in a chart on the next page. As per your history classes know that she remains the same. The cowering wretch follows in Bastion’s currents attempting to lead others down the path she took. While Mian opened the demonic rift Morfram is recorded to have been the one that opened the gates allowing the demonic forces to storm into areas that should have had automated magical defenses…   …Sources both mundane and demonic report the prideful sea witch was Mian’s unknowing inside man in negotiations with the Merfolk Emperor at the time. Upon the demonic horde claiming Tyfó̱nas the surviving Divine of the Merfolk scrambled to save who they could. Morfram however refused to aid as she has done nothing wrong in her view. Upon the truth coming to light she denied that which she denies to this day. That she had anything to do with the demonic horde. After the third denial of responsibility Hahau Merfolk Divine of Combat attempted to slay her, however she managed to get away…

Appearance

…this would be one such example. The top half of her form is of a naked female humanoid with wraith blue eyes and long blue colored hair. Her skin is tinted a shade of bronze while well fed, but dips to a sickly gray when she has gone without. Her lower half appears to be stuck in a form halfway between that of a mermaid and the legs of a humanoid causing difficulty in both swimming and walking. At some point before death, she managed to get her hands on the body of a dead or dying vampire. Consuming the blood is believed to have caused the debilitating mutation and what has regrown the lower half of her face torn off by Hahau…

Summoning Ritual

…Successful summoning rituals are unique as they do not involve any understandable material component. From interrogations on her followers the only thing they required for her to contact them was knowing her name and having an all-encompassing sense of having done nothing wrong when those around you say otherwise…

Channeler's Symbol

…The symbol manifested to the Warlocks and Witches who seek Morfram as their patron is an amulet 10cm in diameter which when opened contains the phrase “I understand. We did nothing wrong.” written in merfolk…
