Pearla Leamham "The Lady" Aeon of Geas

History

…as said in traditional spaces. As one of three Aeons to have visited this university and a member of the most well-known Seelie house Pearla Leamham “The Lady” Aeon of Geas holds more power than most among the Aeons culturally speaking. She came to this realm with the other Seelie in pursuit of the Unseelie that had escaped their king’s punishment for interfering with unknown affairs. A few hundred years past before she revealed herself to be an Aeon. Something she has said is more common where she comes from. It’s something learned rather than a state ascended to as we have assumed. I will mention again, as with all Aeons, that we have no proof of this boasting of power. No other Fae house has been able to manifest Aeonic class Aether nor pitra-arcanic waves. There for the assertion of such a state of being is something anyone can learn given enough time should be taken with several grains of salt. The Patriarch of the house, Athair, has mentioned he could do so if he wanted to, but such things are of a woman’s station…   …Madam Leamham is what many a noble scholar have deemed as the perfect Lady, thus the origin of her title. Prim, proper, ever polite, and orderly to a fault she believes in the happier things in life, but sees etiquette, poise, and civilizational structure to be paramount to this happiness. Within Fae culture this has implications that many mortals of this realm struggle with, however simply put the cultural rules one would be expected to follow while at a high-class gala are what everyone should follow. She offers power in exchange for learning the proper way for a gentleman or lady to act and then living as such. The greatest, and first, lesson learned being that one’s words have power. An oath, or Geas, having the most power of them all. These Geas oaths, or contracts if in written form, are of the highest level of magics we have ever been able to find. Should you find yourself in one think very carefully before agreeing to it…   …as she gives everyone nicknames stimming from her culture’s belief of giving one’s true name is dangerous. Her nicknames reflect her friendly and outgoing personality. The Lady is soft spoken. However, it is reported that when she does speak most feel a soft, but firm urge to stop talking and let her speak. Experiments run on her while having tea have shown no known magic to be the cause of this leaving experts split as to whether this effect is due to tricksy Fae magics or her masterful skill at conversation…

Appearance

…The Lady has the appearance of a pleasantly plump human woman with notable artic moth features. Such as extra limbs, fur over much of her body, white skin, wings and two large antennae. She is always dressed in calm colors which cover all of her body, while fitted to show off her form. When she takes a human form, something she often does during the spring and summer, her appearance changes to look far more human. With the moth motif changing to butterflies. Though it is hard not to notice she is inhuman given her much larger eyes…

Summoning Ritual

…Successful summoning rituals require only fresh tea and cookies worth at least a gold piece each. However, areas with a strong enough Petrichor content can be enough to gain an audience for a few minutes…

Channeler's Symbol

…The symbol manifested to the Warlocks and Witches which seek Pearla Leamham as their patron is a book of proper etiquette which also contains a selection of Fae magics…

Creeds

Goodness is the spouse of etiquette.   One's name is the greatest of treasures.   To break an Oath is to invite death.
