The first being, its existence as an extraplanar dryad from the realms of the Fae and an Aeon disproved a long-held theory in more gnomish circles that the Aeons are self-evident beings. While it is still theorized that Aeons are capable of independent manifestation not unlike Divines the fact that a creature whose history is known to have existed in this world prior to being an Aeon means one can ascend to this state of being. Secondly, these creatures may have been the linking point between the physical and the Divine. This is however just a theory itself. Though one that Umbra Locke believed. Take that for what you will. Lastly, the Pump-kin king is the first of its kind. Not in the botanical animal of a pump-kin, rather the Primal Wraith. In the same way the Fallen Divine of Life is the first, or Primal Litch… …dying for unknown reasons. Upon the death of Baba Yaga from Alister Debaro, the first werewolf, the Aeon of Vengeance attempted to get revenge for its master. It died in the process of having its head eaten, but so pure and all-consuming was its desire for revenge it willed itself back to life. This is of course non-sense and just what the Aeon believes. It simply rolled the jackpot for it’s resurrection when its spirit interacted with the intersecting lay lines. There is no evidence one way or the other of willpower alone bringing someone back to life. Much less the creation of an Aeon. Though it’s existence as an undead dryad was the inspiration for Softstep’s implementation here at the Universa… …which is why obsidian has such hold over lesser versions. The First Wraith was unable to claim revenge. Through unknown magics Alister’s soul vanished to lands unknown. Despite being a categorically evil being the Aeon of Vengeance is one of the more welcomed Aeons on a societal scale. He offers power to all those who have had something precious taken from them in exchange for their soul upon death to fight at his side should the spirit of Alister ever be found... ...not unlike the bindings of other magical contracts. He despises those who knowingly and trivially break contracts and agreements as well as those who betray family. This is believed to be remnants of his Fae aspects. Nevertheless, this personality has led him to be thought of as cruel, but fair. The church of the 12 defines this Aeon as "Workable" as far as evilly aligned beings go. He has been known to work with Farouk, Thrice, Samyaza, and frequently with Pearla. The Aeon of Geas quite often contracts the followers of the Pump-kin King to slay those who have broken a Geas with her rather than do it herself. Additionally, the first wraith is one of only three Aeons to have visited this university. Though his reason for visiting was for purely selfish reasons. As the self-appointed guardian of Knochenwald witch’s academy, the city sized golem, which was once the home of Baba Yaga, it wanted to make note of any improvements the witches could make…Appearance
