Corainth Foxglove
"We are outnumbered and slowly being forced back these new enemies have already begun to pick off scouts. I spoke with the elders, and they told me of an elixir that can help hide and strengthen our warriors that we must acquire the Flowers of Corainth, the Seeds of Wisteria and the Bark of Cedar.
Once gathered, the Flowers of Corainth are to be placed under the light of the moon for 3 nights. The Seeds of Wisteria must soak in the blood of a lion until the seeds are dyed a crimson red. The Bark of Cedar must be pound into a clumpy mess using a mortar and pestle of jade. Once done the elixir will be prepared at the Clans heart fire in a cauldron of bone."
Corainth Foxglove is a perennial plant living for on average 5 years or up to 30. With a flowering stem that grows to around 4ft tall with flowers of a deep purple that fade into a yellow core the Corainth Foxglove is very recognizable. Only found deep in the Holloucks and cultivated by only a few tribes who live in environments able to sustain the plants temperamental nature. Though a few have tried to grow them within the Empire the best results were had when they were growing in large gardens containing other plants with bees nearby.

Ecology and Habitats
"The effects of the elixir were strange to behold granting those who drank it skin of bark and the strength of beasts. Even so we were told to ask only the brave and willing if they would partake for the effects were permanent and would only grow."
In the central plains of the Holloucks deep in the High Hills and near the Ruins of Old Ada the Tribe Holt are one of the few who grow the Corainth Foxglove. Beneath the false sky that resides above the Jungleplex that makes up the Ruins Corainth Foxglove can grow in the highest of the hills.
Requiring high humidity, specific animals and a complex soil mix the conditions necessary to grow Corainth Foxglove make it rare outside of the wild.
Requiring a level of Humidity rare this far north outside of the coast of the Caloric Sea and the occasional Jungleplex.
Unable to survive for long without its symbiotic relationship with the Green-tailed Fox who speed up the growth of nearby plants and can control them to a lesser extent. While the Green-tailed Fox is able to help speed up the growth of Corainth Foxglove the Foxglove produces a pollen that causes disorientation within most creatures.
Having a necessary mix of sand and rock within its soil this far inland seems strange until you realize the Green-tailed Fox is a semi migratory species that follows the Ash Backed Tortoise's migration. Ash Backed Tortoises create the soil conditions required by the Corainth Foxglove for their own young.
The story interwoven with this plant is intense! Sap drawn from the trees that they become... ooof... still fighting the enemy.
