Feraxis of the Chain
Feraxis of the Chain, the Leash of Iron, Lord of All Nows, the Shackled One
The keeper of the timeless vortex of the Iron Cage and gaoler of the demon courts is a master of bonds and the creation of mystical shackles. They can forge, and grant the ability to forge, chains of spirit which shackle the will of another to your own. With this art, they bind the prisoners of the cage, including the dead god Asphyx, third head of the Three-Headed Serpent. They draw on Asphyx's divinity to navigate the eternal now of the Cage, but they are as much the subject of the bond as the god is, and the servants of Feraxis are as likely to be murderers as captors.
Feraxis is a hulking figure, with a powerful, ape-like torso with great, round shoulders, tapering to join the legs of a ram. Their head is that of a wolf, but with two pairs of goat-like horns. They wear an armoured robe composed of hundreds of chains, draped or woven around their body, and are always accompanied by a number of their thralls, bound to the robe with chains and fetters.
