The capital city of the Sandflank Alliance is a traditional minotaur city, formed of a pallisaded town surrounding a citadel built on a high, natural bluff.
King Agrian Sandflank, Thunder King of the Alliance, has his primary residence in the citadel, allowing him to keep watch over the Thunder Road.
