Tallis

Tallis is a slender quill of yliaster and adamant, with tiny, intricate glyphs weaving around each individual barb and a depthless well of azothic ink within the shaft. It is perhaps the most insidious of the infernal arms, bearing the power to transform the fates of those whose name it writes, especially if baptised in even a drop of their blood.
