The Oligarchy of Bolora

A kingdom famous for its crossbowmen, and competition with Macia. A merchant city state north of Macia, they try (and fail) to compete with Macia. Regardless of their failure, Bolora is a wealthy city and Bolorans are only 2nd to Macians in terms of being greedy merchants (this time with the hint of desperation). Has a pretty potent navy, but it pales in comparison to the Macian fleet. Bolora also plays host to several guilds and international organizations (Don’t want to deal with Macian regulation or Bolzanian reputation).
