Ratchet is the codename an undercover agent working for Mahid's military. Very little is known about them outside of the fact that they seem to be a changeling, and that their current mission involves destabilizing criminal organizations in Sindwargi. Their current handler appears to be Corporal Vasu, who works at Sindwargi Air Field.
