Thallan sea elves

Collective term for sea elves found near the coasts of Vriddasa and the continent of Phicen. While certain cultural traits are shared along gradients, populations that are geographically far from each other (such as those from the Sea of Salder and those from the Mylvenore Strait) have little in common.
Found in Sea of Salder, Mansraine Sea, Mylvenore Strait, and Sennetona Sea.
