Valentin Laguerre

Valentin Laguerre serves as the current Dean of Decay of Witherbloom College, and is widely regarded as one of the world's formost experts on blood magic, a subset of necromancy. His personal research has often been focused on the unique states and qualities of blood, with his most recent reseach examining the blood of those afflicted with divinity poisoning.
