History

Iwo and Okon used to be the same country but semi recently had some sort of political uprising that caused a split

I think the reason Okon and Iwo split is because guns were invented and their lethality was so detrimental to the established culture at the time. Which is why Iwo clothing always has some form of armour component, sword duelling is and was a huge part of their culture.

People

Typically lighter brown skin, average height, black/brown hair

Fashion

Typical steampunk getup with a medieval twist, all outfits typically have some armour component, wealthier Iwolo outfits are very fancy, expect intricate engravings and filigree with fine cloth and finer metals.

i should also mention that people are expected to wear armour out in public this and a gas mask

Sport

Iwo is big on its duels, sometimes in a professional setting and sometimes just to settle a score plenty of fencing and other swordfighting, much more sport than bloodsport
