Commonwealth of Dorwine

Mostly small-size humanoids: primarily halflings, second-mostly gnomes. Kind of like the shire except that plenty of people still like adventures, so long as they don’t disturb those who are trying to live quiet lives. They’re generally more peaceful than the other countries, and tend to stay neutral in conflicts. Their main trade is various farmed goods, food, and yes, brandy/ale/etc since a number of them are basically hobbits. They trade at least a bit with everyone, though their primary customer is Velis, which has a large population but not enough farmers to be self-supporting. Likes Chonia a lot; tolerates the perpetual elf/dwarf border conflict but wishes it would stop. Otherwise on fairly good terms with everyone.
