Eye of Sylene

This artifact is a large opal set in an ornate golden fixture. The Eye grants visions to those with arcane talent. The visions may be of the past, present, or future but will always be relevant to the wielder or the quest they have been tasked with. The Eye can be consulted once per week with the exception being the 3 nights of the full moon. During the full moon, the wielder of the Eye experiences vivid dreams in place of the flashes they normally experience.
