The Tempest Guard

The Tempest Guard was founded the 13th of Stah, 143 AoR as the first official navy of Kuststêd. Their first task was to patrol the coastline and protect the shipping lanes from the pirates and raiders that were waylaying merchant vessels. Orignally numbering only 5 ships, the guard now consists of a fleet of 64 galleons and 159 sloops, caravels, and clippers that serve as support ships. The guard regularly patrols the entire Tempest Coast and has begun periodic sweeps and escort missions on the west coast of Oreron.
