Long ago this place used to be a bustling port city doing lots of business
Then the city executed the wrong person's son
So they put a curse on this city and half of the city turned into vampires and the other half got eaten by the vampires.
Additionally, the town does not receive sunlight at all
They kidnap others and drug them and use them as blood sources
This city has raised back up from being desolate and does not have any port deliveries yet.
This city is outside the laws of the country and has a ruler of the city and runs what would be illegal in the country “The mob”
If someone has AB negative blood they are treated in high regards and are allowed to not be drugged and they live in houses with rich people.
