The Horror of the Elemental Plane of Water

Dn'Gor'Ath is one of the five Eldritch Horrors, and the Horror of the Elemental Plane of Water. Know for its aquatic features, and haunting of the many water filled areas of the Material Plane, simply through its sheer, horrific influence, Dn'Gor'Ath is noted for the eventual creation of the aboleths of the world, actively encouraging their physic enslavement of others so that, one day, he may enter the Material Realm, spreading his influence further.
Covered in many, all seeing eyes, with horrific teeth bearing out from what could just about qualify for a mouth, Dn'Gor'Ath is one of the largest Eldritch Horrors, with some saying that its true physical from actually extends out of the Elemental Plane of Water. Like a giant centipede, who's body had been covered in tumours and who's exoskeleton is an amalgamation of loose flesh, Dn'Gor'Ath is known to drive some mad by simply looking at him, making him one of the most feared Horrors.
