Olarion
The Winter Owl
One of the eight archfey, and an archfey of winter, Olarion, sometimes known as the winter owl, is seen as the watcher of Feywild when it is in hibernation for the winter months, and is known to enlist other creatures for the same purpose, such as other owls and sprites. Seen as a protector of sorts for those that attempt to hide from the harsh winter season, more so for the more animalistic fey spirits rather than those in society, such as eladrin, Olarion is noted for being almost benevolent in comparison to his archfey brethren.
Taking the form of a humanoid with an owl like head, with wings for arms and talons for hands, and covered in white feathers, Olarion, in appearance alone, has earned his name as the winter owl. Flying silently over Feywild in winter and seemingly disappearing during any other season, Olarion is a rare sight in Feywild, due to trying to stay away form the prying eyes of both the corrupted of C'thelka and the city states of the eladrin.
