Ruvar
On an island with the same name, the town of Ruvar takes up much of the land available to it, causing much of it to be surrounded by the North Sea. Due to how far north the town is, it is put in a perpetual state of ice and snow, making it difficult for many that live here to survive the extreme winters that the town suffer. It is also built upon the smallest island in The Valkan Isles, but is also the closest to the main isle, with it being easy for people to take a ferry to Ruvar if necessary.
Although many question to founding of Ruvar in general, given how small the isle is, as well as how harsh the conditions are, those in the know cite Ruvar as being important to Valka's way of life, due to being a mining town citing upon a great reservoir of iron and bronze. These are largely used to make weapons and armours, making the ferrying from Ruvar to the main isle.
It is also noted that Ruvar is built upon the ruins of an old Endaran temple, leading it to have had issues with wraith or other such spirits. Eventually, this led to bloodhunters needing to be hired, which led to the town actually forming a decent relationship with the hunters, despite the Valkan Isles' hatred for anything they consider 'unnatural'.
