The Horror of the Beyond

Umh'aagnn'zhath is one of the five Eldritch Horrors, and the mightiest of them all, lurking in the far reaches of the Realm Beyond. An eternal watcher of the rest of the world, gazing at it from the near empty realm that he resides in, Umh'aagnn'zhath observes life in all realms with great curiosity. Longing to truly interact with life, but being unable to due to his sheer, near primordial level of power, he dreamt up his own creations, making the feared beholders, and having them enter the other realms, almost as an experiment.
A creature, who's size in his true form is near unfathomable for mortal kind, Umh'aagnn'zhath is made from hundreds of tentacle like limbs that tangle together in the vast expanse of the Realm Beyond, with one central eye that sees all in the realms. He endless drifts around the realms, like a glaring satellite, surrounded by any pieces of earth pulled from said realms, like dozens of orbiting shields.
Despite his want to interact with mortals, he often finds himself unable to, with only the strongest of minds being able to even comprehend a conversation with a being of this level of uncontrolled power.
