Historical Details
Background
The original constitution of Froúrio remained in effect until the fall of the city and death of its citizenry in the fall of 4706. Using a failsafe enchantment in the existing constitution, a new group of citizens were nominated from the defenders who saved the island from total destruction.
During the reconstruction of the city, the new constitution was drafted. Input was provided not only by the new citizens but also from Phlios Meletitís, an elder statesman and pro-democracy reformer in exile from Astériapólis.
The new constitution represents the withdrawl of the city-state from the Drákon League and the establishment of a separate power.
Public Reaction
Froúrio reaction to be determined.
The establishment of a separate nation-state was rejected by the member states of the Drákon League and military force was used to bring the vassal city-state back in line.
Term
The document is in force from signature. It can be ammended through the process defined in the constitution. This document became obsolete with the death of all of its citizens and the fall of the state.
