Chapter 5: Temple Lost to Time
But the band of adventurers were not lost to the sea. Instead, they find themselves alive and coming to on a metal grate, albeit a little wet. The Horsemen find themselves in a strange place. A stone temple of some sort. After gaining access through the front door puzzle, they make their way to the chamber of a great dragon creature, and presented with a riddle. They think and fight their way through 3 challenge rooms, and are presented with the reward of a "delicious meal".
They make short work of their first real meal in days, and ascend the ladder that now appeared in the back of the chamber. Above is an unnatural chamber where they square off against a bearded fiend, and come out on top. While scavenging the fiend's body, and the makeshift bone throne he sat upon, they stumble upon a great lost treasure: a shimmering orb that resembles an eye. Upon grabbing hold of the artifact, they are greeted by a mechanical creature that appears through a portal, introducing himself as P.I.P. After a curt exchange, the group decides to walk through and follow their new friend, and escape the temple.
