— Young Trisandra

Neutral Good - Human Cleric
acolyte

Trisandra grew up with her family in the small village of Thireal, located in the border lands of two kingdoms that were historical enemies. This small, war-torn port transformed into a bustling metropolis after construction of the great temple built for Pelor, God of of the Sun. But with increased traffic and trade, there comes increased miscreants as well.

Trisandra was the eldest of 3 kids, which became a defining role for her after her parents were killed during a pirate raid of Thireal. Afterwards, the town shored up their defenses and hired a mercenary company, after which peace endured. However the damage was done for many Thireal families, including Trisandra. Luckily, the temple that seemed to bring ruin to the family now came to make amends. One of the clerics, Pietas, took the family in and served as mentor to all 3 children.

Over the years, Trisandra grew in her faith, but hard times began to fall on the town of Thireal and she felt it was time for her to begin exploring the world, seeking for better times. She had saved some money and bought passage to Hiruela, but did feel apprehension leaving behind her siblings, but most of all Peitas. At the docks to send her off, Peitas presented her with a golden sun on a silver chain, a holy symbol rumored to be forged by Pelor himself[./p]

Trisandra corresponded frequently with Thireal often via post, keeping up with her siblings and old mentor for many months following her journey. One day, she received horrifying news that her old mentor had contracted a mysterious illness and passed away suddenly. The illness was rumored to be a curse, as the body disintegrated into ash overnight before the body could be buried. Shortly after, her siblings informed her they would also be leaving, seeking adventure and fortune of their own. Her younger brother, Duo, was a prodigal tinkerer, and would head into the gnomish highlands to the east. And the youngest of the Lightwoods, Fenora, would head north and see if she could join the court in the Sienna Region. With no tether left to the town, Trisandra lost touch and eventually found her way to Hiruela, seeking great fortune in the name of Pelor.
