Venture Roadshow

A tryout of sorts, this process allows aspiring adventurers who distinguish themselves from their peers a chance to impress and gain contracts from the wealthiest patrons on the continent. The competing crews are allowed to demonstrate their skills, aided by a soothsayer, in the most flattering circumstances the stars will foretell that day. The successful will flourish, the defeated may perish, but the show must go on.
