My Summer Camp Worldbuilding Pledge Document

Am I really gonna be doing this in between a massive rebranding, VTuber setup, and like 500 other things? YOU BET.

Worldbuilding Pledge for the Akatasphere, 2021

We're doing this, lads and ladies (and others)! We're going in for another round of Summer Camp, with the added bonus of "some articles will be streamed!"
Let's get to that pledge!

Which project are your worldbuilding efforts tied to?

Everything comes back to the Akatasphere, as that's where everything is. Every world of mine is now a part of the Akatasphere and being refurbished to match. Technically this refurbishing was supposed to occur a year ago, but then things changed yet again and the focus is being spun around like a globe. The Akatasphere is one major project with bunches of sub-projects, and which one gets focus will depend on the prompts.

What world are you working on?

ALL OF THEM. No, just kidding, but also kind of not kidding- that is immensely dependent on the prompts. On a basic level, the Akatasphere is the "world" I'm working on, but it consists of numerous sub-worlds. Celea (the science fiction world) seems like a good bet though, as I've been kind of fixated on it recently.

Which area of the world are you working on?

There's only one major area in Celea that's gotten a lot of attention, and that's Neutel City, where most of my plots and stories have been. I'm probably going to stick to that area and its events just for ease of use, but other things may happen. I rule nothing out.
I'm also a liar in that certain "space islands" scattered throughout the Akatasphere may receive development as well depending on the prompts (the Egg Quarters of the Ovamancers, the Genesic Egg that's kind of the equivalent of the Galaxy Cauldron, the Word Order Cathedral, for example).

How much are you aiming to complete?

Please let me at least get Copper this year. It would make me very happy. It's not super likely that it'll happen because I am veritably drowning in projects, but I wanna do Something.

When will you write?

I think worldbuilding articles will be good warmups in the morning before I dive into the 500 other projects!

Who is your support network?

I'm gonna stick close to my fellow worldbuilders and ride off their exuberance!
