He is also the Father of several Paragons, including the serpent Ormurinn, Queen Morrighan, the nightmare Mhorra and the wolf Hal-Yun. In some stories, Ius is also depicted as a shapeshifter, capable of changing his appearance at will. Despite his trickster nature, Ius is also known for his cunning and intelligence, which he uses to outwit both gods and humans. He is called Trickster and is known for causing chaos in the realm by making deals with morals.

Personal history
Vain and selfish, he purposefully causes trouble amidst the realm. He can be affable and even helpful when he wants to be, but he has done so many deceitful things that no one really trusts anything he says or does.
Ius is referred to as a brother of Sifor indicating that he is one of the First Children.
Ius once deceived Sifor, causing the God of the Sun to magically transport the Hall of Gods from the realm of the gods to somewhere in Akeroth. The Hall is still in Akeroth today.
Ius had always enjoyed pranks, but they had typically been more annoying than cruel. At one point in time, though, something changed, and Ius's pranks became mean-spirited and destructive. The other gods didn't know how to keep him under control. There are some whispers by those who have made deals with Ius that something has changed within him. His power reached well beyond the confines of Akeroth and he was able to manipulate the other realms too.
Ius' current goal is unknown but his penchant to cause chaos can be the main focus here. Seeking out the Elder Stones and the Sages he aims to bring forth a power never seen by this realm and the idea that this prankster God is doing something seriously means that all of Akeroth may be doomed.
It was discovered that Ius was in fact being impersonated by the Elf made God, Qinun who used his influence to seal the Gods away. After the Kingmakers freed them Ius became more stoic and alot more open to helping the world over playing pranks.
His affinity for pranks however has not faded as he awaits the day he can use his powers for good and continues to mess with the Gods in small ways.
