History
Crafted by the demon Lilitu and gifted to the sorceress Bael to aid in her battle against her brother Cid The Great. After Bael's defeat at the hands of Nuvian, the rod was taken to Freedale where it was adorned as the royal scepter. Years later in would be stolen by The Lost Syndicate and disappear.
