Bagh-e Khosrow
The elven stronghold in the heart of the Shirani forest is called "Bagh-e Khosrow" which means "Garden of Khosrow" in Persian, named after an ancient Parsan king who was known for his love of nature and gardens. Today ruled by Shah Kambuji.
The fortress is built within a massive tree that has been magically enhanced to withstand any external force, whether it be natural or man-made. Its exterior is adorned with intricate carvings of leaves, vines, and animals that blend seamlessly with the surrounding forest. A network of platforms and bridges made from woven vines and wood connect the various chambers and living spaces within the tree, which are filled with lush vegetation, trickling streams, and natural sunlight that pours in from the canopy above. The elves have also set up magical wards around the perimeter of the fortress to keep intruders at bay and alert the residents of any potential threats.
Due to its hidden location and the magical protections placed upon it, Bagh-e Khosrow has remained safe and secure, even in the face of the recent attacks by the green dragon Nerovain and other outside forces.
