Irateth

Born from a fissure between the elemental planes of earth and air, an impossibly high mountain range fully envelops the continent of Irateth. Few towns are able to exist in the mountains and those that do have only a few dozen people hardy enough to survive there. Although the Troto Mountains reach a height of 50,000 feet, the highest societies can only exist at 12,000 feet and they consist of the denizens of the plane of air, the aarakocra. These elemental protectors are tasked with protecting the material plane from the threats of their home plane. The tallest mountain in the range is Briholm Summit and it is said to be the home of the gods by the people of Irateth.

Fauna & Flora

Mountain goats, snow leopards, birds of prey, rodents, and yaks are some of the beasts that call the Troto Mountains home though there are many monsters that also exist and, sometimes, flourish here including hill and storm giants, yetis, bulettes, earth and air elementals, and many more.
